this hotel is just ugh! they do not keep track of room bookings—i requested a king-size bed but got a sofa instead. also, there's no restaurant here, so they offer pizza delivery which ruined my tummy. i’d have expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but alas, you woudl ve been treated better at a motorway rest stop.
